Salvation

Salvation is 100% of Christianity.

(Luke 15:3-7)     (Righteous Man 99):(1 Sinners)

3. So Jesus spoke this parable to them, saying:

4. "What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it?

5. And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing.

6. And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them, 'Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!'

7. I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over ONE SINNER WHO REPENTS than over NINTY-NINE JUST PERSONS WHO NEED NO REPENTANCE.  (Repentance here means SALVATION from going to eternal hell, the unquenchable burning fire.)

There is no other single verse in the whole Bible that emphasizes the importance of SALVATION more completely than this one verse: Luke 15:7.

Jesus died on the Cross for our sins for everyone to have SALVATION.  Christian martyrdom is the most honorable death because we can show God's love in spite of the enemies' persecution against us. God loves them as much as He loves us and want them to be SAVED, and not go to eternal hell.

Our righteousness is nothing but filthy rags compare with God's perfect and pure righteousness, and we have to meet God's perfect righteousness to have SALVATION.  Even that, believing in Jesus and His death on the Cross is one of the righteousness God requires to be perfect.  Therefore there is no salvation any other way without believing in Jesus and ask His FORGIVENESS.

Jesus will never say "no" to your repentance, and He will forgive all your sins no matter how big sins you ever committed in your life.

Please repeat after the SALVATION PRAYER.

"Jesus.  Please forgive all my sins and be my Lord.  Thank You for Your forgiveness.  Amen."

All you have to pray this kind of prayer only once in your life.  But in case you did not pray truly believing in your heart, pray it over and over until you really mean it or until you feel saved.  (PM-3-15-2010)
