5:1-First Quarter

Assignment for the First Quarter - from January 4th, 2010.  

A - For 10 Weeks.   

1 - All students read 20 chapters everyday. 

2 - OT on odd days from Genesis.  

3 - NT on even days from Matthew.

4 - Pray from the first 10 chapters. One verse per chapter.  

5 - Make quiz with the second 10 chapters.  One verse per chapter.

6 - Pray only healing or miracle verses.  

7 - Pray other verses only if there is no healing or miracle in the same chapter. 

8 - Log ALL things and submit daily (Monday - Friday).  

9 - Read and pray on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, sick days, etc. (You don't have to submit your assignment on these days.  But just write down what you did and submit on the first normal study days like Monday, etc, with other assignment.) 

B - First Week only.

1 - Start collecting at least (=more than) 200 Bible verses concerning IDENTITIES of God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit.  

2 - Use internet, Bible, topical Bible, etc. to collect the verses.

3 - Collect VERSES only.  Erase all explanations, teachings, etc.

YES. => (Ex: Isaiah 9:6 - For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.)

NO. =>  (Ex: Professor Dr. Smith said that this verse is written about 500 years before Jesus was born.)

C - First Week Only 

Special Assignment: Statement of Faith.  

1 - Each student finds at least 30 verses concerning each point of the Statement of Faith as assigned.

2 - Turn your portion of assignment before Jan. 8, 2010.
